Mile for mile motorways are the safest of roads. Progress is also dramatically quicker than on ordinary roads that go through towns and villages. So it makes a lot of sense to use motorways for longer journeys.

Your motorway lesson will take you initially on a quiet stretch and then build up to joining and leaving the M25 during rush hour. We’ll look at changing lanes safely, keeping safe distances, planning ahead, reacting safely to bad driving by others, poor weather, and many other topics.
